Prepare the Package
Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all hardware and assembly instructions are included to qualify for a full refund.
Affix Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely attach it to the outside of your box, covering any previous shipping marks.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated carrier; once our warehouse inspects the return, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
